Shipping and Fulfillment: Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer during checkout.

Processing Times: Orders are generally processed and shipped within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, taxes, and applicable handling charges are calculated and displayed during checkout and are the responsibility of the Customer.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the Customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.NY Mushroom Source (Connect+) is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns, Refunds, and Product Claims: Due to product integrity, quality control, and bio-security standards, all sales are subject to the following return policy:

Eligible Returns: Returns may only be accepted for unopened products in original condition within two days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products: Opened cases, opened bags, or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Limited Exceptions: At our sole discretion, exceptions may be considered in cases involving verified manufacturer defects or contamination issues.

To request review of a claim, the Customer must:

Notify us within 36 hours of delivery;

Provide order information;

Submit clear photographic documentation of the issue.
